Erica Lockheimer

Founder & CEO

Erica is the Founder & CEO of HumanizeHer - a platform aimed at cultivating a world where every woman thrives, shattering glass ceilings and redefining success on her own terms.  She also serves on the advisory board of San Jose State University and advises several start-up companies. Erica is known in the technology industry for her role as VP of Engineering at LinkedIn for 13 years, founder of WomenInTech at LinkedIn, and a prominent engineering leader with vast experience gained through her 30-year career in tech. She will always be a software engineer and builder at heart, and is now following her passion for building community through the HumanizeHer movement.

Elizabeth Wendorf-Bloesser

Co-Founder & COO

Elizabeth is the co-founder & COO of HumanizeHer and with over 10 years of work experience passionate and driven Sr. Program Manager at LinkedIn, where she leads cross-functional teams to deliver strategic initiatives that support the company's vision and mission.

Becky Davis

Director of Photography & Producer, HumanizeHer Podcast

Becky is a seasoned cinematographer with over 15 years of experience in the film and television industry. Currently, she serves as the Director of Photography for LinkedIn Learning, creating world-class educational content. Beyond her professional role, Becky channels her passion into various creative projects, such as serving as the DP on independent short films and contributing to passion projects like the HumanizeHer podcast. Her work has been recognized at a variety of film festivals, including the Worldwide Women's Film Festival where she was awarded “Best Cinematography”. Becky is also passionate about seeing more women have thriving careers in the film industry. She is committed to supporting and mentoring emerging female filmmakers so we can see more badass women thrive behind the camera!

Kristen West

Brand & Design Director

Kristen is a creative director & designer specializing in motion design, brand design, and visual storytelling. She has almost 20 years experience working in the advertising, entertainment and technology industries, as well as collaborating with non-profit organizations such as Alicia Keys’ KCA BlackBall and the UN Women’s Initiative. Kristen’s work has been recognized by multiple organizations, such as The Emmy Awards, BDA Promax, the Davey Awards, the Webby Awards, and the Communicator Awards. Originally from the New York City area, Kristen now resides in Northern California with her two young sons.

Director, HumanizeHer Podcast

Ash Blodgett is an award-winning director with a passion for telling stories that spotlight modern social issues through the lens of comedy. She has directed multiple award-winning short films that have screened at film festivals such as Catalina, Sedona, SIDEWALK, and the Santa Barbara International Film Festival. In 2022 Ash was selected into the Women In Film Mentoring Program and in 2023 she was selected into the Sidewalk/Stowe Narrative Labs for her feature screenplay Extra Life. In 2024 Ash’s short film Good Grief won a Panavision sponsored $60K Film Package when it won best Cinematography at the Worldwide Women’s Film Festival. Ash also serves as a live action director for LinkedIn Learning, where she’s directed over 100 courses that have been viewed by hundreds of thousands of learners. With a flair for satire and a well rounded production experience, Ash is uniquely prepared to bring engaging stories to life on screen as a director.

Alex Salle

Creative Director & Producer, HumanizeHer Podcast

Emmy-nominated director Alex Sallee, an Inupiaq/Mexican filmmaker, grew up in Dgheyey Kaq’ (Anchorage), Alaska, with family roots in Kigiktaq (Shishmaref) and Sitnasuaq (Nome), Alaska. Her passion for filmmaking began in sound design, leading her to earn a BA in Recording Arts. After gaining extensive experience in audio post-production in feature films, television, and technology, she transitioned to directing and producing to address the need for Alaska Native representation in film. Her directorial debut, Who We Are, is a personal film discussing climate change dedicated to her Inupiat ancestors. The film won the Grand Prize in the “She Directed Filmmaker Contest” from over 400 nationwide submissions. Alex is committed to supporting women, LGBTQIA+, and Indigenous creatives through Inua Productions, her independent production company.

Suzanne Ewing-Ervin

Advisor & Head of Community Events

Suzanne is an advisor and event planner for all community events for HumanizeHer. Her company, MorningStar Entertainment and Events is the premier event planner and coordinator for any and all affairs, including corporate events, weddings, reunions, receptions, birthdays, fundraisers, and more. She is highly experienced with 35+ years of experience working with some of the top companies like Google, Facebook, Meta, etc. in planning the most engaging experiences for people to connect.

Valerie Sassani

Advisor on Marketing and Strategy

Valerie is a seasoned corporate marketing and communication executive with a proven track record of building and scaling global brands. As VP of Marketing and Communications at SGH, a leading AI technology company, she oversees strategic marketing initiatives that drive revenue growth and enhance brand reputation. With over 25 years of experience in marketing, including a brief career in film production, Valerie is passionate about leveraging visuals and storytelling to inspire action and create lasting connections with audiences.
